Events for international students in January

Student Visa Presentation:

Prepare for your Tier 4 Student Visa Extension Application by attending our in-depth Student Visa Presentation Wednesday 11th January 2012 from 12:00-13:00.

Presentations must be booked at the following link: https://internationaloffice.nottingham.ac.uk/eventbookings

Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the location of the presentation on  University Park Campus.

Please print and bring a copy of the Tier 4 application form to complete during the presentation.

Upcoming International Office Trips

Liverpool

The first International Office trip of 2012 is Liverpool on Saturday 28th January. The bus will depart from University Park at 8:30 and leave Liverpool at 17:00. Information about ticket sales will be advertised as usual by email.

Remember that there are other ways to see the UK while you study here! Societies in the Student’s Union (such as the Travel Society) run regular trips across the UK and discounted fares are available for students on rail and bus services.

English Language Class Coffee Morning

The International Office English improvement classes for the partners and spouses of international students, staff, academic visitors and sponsored researchers will be hosting another Coffee Morning on Wednesday 18th January.

We will be talking about volunteering in the UK and while registration for the classes is now closed, as always, we welcome English-speakers with whom we can practice.
