20 full tuition fee scholarships available at two leading UK universities for Brazilian students

The University of Birmingham and The University of Nottingham are working in partnership to support research collaboration with Brazilian institutions and we are pleased to be able to offer 20 full tuition fee scholarships for PhD students from Brazil. With a combined research income of over £200m, Birmingham and Nottingham are two of the leading universities in UK higher education.

The scholarships will be available for students commencing in September/October 2012 and will be available for a maximum of three years. It is anticipated that a living allowance will be provided by the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), including a return international airfare. Candidates should apply online to the university of their choice for admission to one of its doctoral programmes, applicants must have received an academic offer from the university and submit a separate application to CAPES.
