The International Office offers a free coach pick-up service for students from London Heathrow Airport direct to the University for the Welcome Programme. Places on the coach can be reserved for up to two family members at a cost of £20 per person.

The coach pick-up for new students will operate on Tuesday 18 September 2012 between 7am and 7pm. The coach pick-up for current UNMC and UNNC students will operate on Thursday 20 September 2012 between 10am and 4pm.

We are unable to collect students arriving in the UK on different dates or at different airports. If you arrive on a different date or at a different airport you will need to make your own way to Nottingham.

If you are unable to take part in the coach pick-up, you may wish to download our guidance leaflet on travelling to Nottingham independently .

Please note: Places on the coach pick-up service can only be booked after you have applied for the Welcome Programme.

January coach pick-up service

The University also provides a free coach pick-up service for visiting and international exchange students studying at The University of Nottingham for the Spring semester, starting in January.

This service operates from London Heathrow airport to the University. Further information from the Study Abroad Team will be sent to accepted students prior to their arrival in Nottingham.
