About Information Services

Information Services (IS) provides IT and library services and support to around 40,000 students and staff at the University's UK and international campuses in China and Malaysia.

Our services range from email and internet access in student hall study bedrooms, to state-of-the-art learning and studying facilties, software and high performance computing in Schools and Institutes.

We ensure that our users have historical manuscripts, special collections, and millions of print and online research and learning resources at their fingertips.

The Information Services Strategic Plan sets out the department's mission, vision and governance arrangements and strategic objectives over a three year period to support the University's overall strategic plan.
