eduroam

The University of Nottingham is a member of the JANET Roaming Service (JRS).

JANET UK operates the eduroam service nationally which offers internet access to the visiting students, researchers and staff in the UK and abroad.

The University operates the local JRS eduroam service. 

 

Who can use this service?

• members of other academic institutions visiting Nottingham
• University of Nottingham members visiting other universities 

 

How to use eduroam

You will need your University username and password. You will need to use your username in full,  'your username@nottingham.ac.uk ', to login to sites that are not part of the University of Nottingham network.

 

Code of Practice

While at a participating site, you are bound by our Code of Practice and the acceptable use policy of the site you are visiting. Failure to adhere to these policies could result in suspension of service at your home site and disciplinary procedures.
