ATHENS Access Management System provides users with an individual personal account which allows secure single sign-on to numerous web based services, including a range of databases and electronic journals.

All NHS staff employed by the Queen's Medical Centre can self-register for an account by following the links on the following website:

http://www.athens.nhs.uk/region/nhstre

Please note: It is advisable to register from an NHS PC. If you register for an account from a non-NHS PC, or from home, you will have to wait for your NHS details to be verified before your account is activated and a username assigned.
