Face-to-face IT help and support for students is available from service points across the University.
Our staff can help you with a variety of issues including:

connecting to the University wireless network

resetting your password

software and printing (Microsoft Office 2010, web browsers, University website, print/copy/scan and more)

PC and laptop repair (Cripps Computing Centre offers a repair service for staff and students)

registration issues (we can help new undergraduate and postgraduate students with registration and account creation)
