The MyNottingham app gives you access to emails, maps, academic timetables and meal cards - helping you make the most of your time at university.
You can download it from the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).
When you download the MyNottingham app you can either select the guest profile, or when you have activated your IT account you will be able to access the student profile in the app.

What you need to know
Once you’ve activated your IT account and registered online with the university, you need to switch from the guest profile to the student profile in your app.
By switching profiles you’ll get access to additional app features including your university emails, timetable (when available) and library account.
It’s really quick and easy – just open your app and follow the steps below:
Apple device
- Tap the ‘Settings’ button along the bottom menu
- Tap the ‘Change Profile’ link
- Tap the ‘UoN Username’ link, and then type in your university username and password
Android device
- Tap the three dots button in the top right corner
- Tap the ‘Settings’ option
- Tap the ‘Change Profile’ link
- Tap the ‘UoN Username’ link
- Type in your university username and password and hit ‘LOGIN’
