This group’s expertise lies in: the development and validation of work-based psychometric scales and measures; bullying and cyber-bullying in the workplace and other settings; managing diversity and supportive relationships in the workplace and the impact and management of workplace aggression and violence.
The group is responsible for the Institute’s highly successful postgraduate taught programmes in Occupational Psychology, Management Psychology and Work and Organisational Psychology. Academic staff also offer PhD research opportunities and the group provides a specialist PhD in Occupational Psychology.
The work of this group is funded by the ESRC and business.
