£17399 to £20624 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Student Services Delivery Team. This role will be based at our Royal Derby Hospital site.

The primary purpose of the role is administrative support within the Student Services Team. You will be expected to work flexibly as part of a team providing a high level of service and support to academic colleagues and students. The role holder will assist in the management of assessments for all programmes delivered on the Royal Derby Hospital site and assist with the provision of a customer-focussed and efficient front-line reception service to students, University colleagues and other visitors to the campus.

The successful candidate will have proven organisation, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and show strong collaborative team commitment.  Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), are essential, as is a proactive approach, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and prioritise their own workload whilst sometimes managing conflicting deadlines.
