How will you learn - What will you learn

  • The emphasis is on communication in order to build up competence for a range of purposes (work, travel or personal enjoyment).
  • Authentic materials and the target language will be used as often as possible.
  • Small groups will facilitate interaction between students and teacher (between 10 and 20 for all classes offered).
  • Independent study is essential in order to consolidate points covered in class and in order to prepare for classes.
  • Two hours per week of independent  study is recommended for good progress.
  • In addition to equipping students with useful linguistic skills, all classes provide a cultural insight which will enhance any future contacts with the target language environment.
