Mr Chris Bevan Welcomes Lord Justice McFarlane to the School of Law

On Wednesday 18th November, Mr Chris Bevan, Assistant Professor in Property Law, welcomed Lord Justice McFarlane to the School of Law. The employability and professional skills event provided students with an invaluable opportunity not only to hear Lord Justice McFarlane’s insights into the legal profession and family law, but crucially to chat with him informally over coffee and biscuits.

Reporting the success of the event, Chris Bevan noted, "it is not every day that students get the chance to meet and mingle with a Lord Justice of Appeal. This was a truly once-in-a-career experience which was relished by all who attended. I would like to personally extend an enormous thank you to Lord Justice McFarlane for his generosity."
