The introduction to the underlying economic, political and legal theory provided a sound base for analysing and advising on the many 'grey areas' my clients encounter as they respond to the regulatory framework. The programme was also helpfully focused on the practical application of of the relevant legislation and caselaw. There was certainly plenty of opportunity to debate and discuss issues and together with the involvement of external experts in the delivery of parts of the programme this meant that it was truly comprehensive.
