Terms of Reference

The Law and Ethics Interest Group for Health and Social Care was an initiative from the University of Nottingham and now in partnership with Browne Jacobson Solicitors. We aim to provide three seminars per year around contemporary health and social care issues (that have a legal and ethical impact upon health and social care delivery).

You will hear expert speakers and have opportunity to debate the issues surrounding the ever changing legal and ethical challenges of modern health and social care. The forum provides an opportunity to discuss legal and ethical issues within the health and social care arena.

We aim to provide and share legal and ethical contemporary publications that impact upon health and social care through the website.
