Students at the 2017 Grad School showcase
Following the success of the Graduate School's annual student research showcase, we've decided to mount a scaled-down version in our libraries. And we're pleased to say we have several prize winners involved!
We'll be displaying posters that bring to life research undertaken by students from across the University. The posters cover a diverse (not to mention highly intriguing) range of subjects, from 'Can a Shower help to solve the Social Care Crisis?' and 'Heroes of Cancer Detection' to 'Tasting beer in a bar makes it easier to decide how you feel about it' and 'How much P is in our waterways?'.
A total of 19 posters will displayed in libraries for four weeks from 12 February until 9 March . The posters will be at the following locations:
As well as being a great opportunity for students to get their research to a wider audience, you'll also have the chance to talk to some of the authors about their research. We'll let you know which students will be appearing alongside their posters - and when - very shortly.
