University of Nottingham Libraries Week 9 -14 October 2017 

This year, for the first time, the University of Nottingham Libraries will be joining the rest of the UK in showcasing all of the creative, innovative and diverse activities that libraries have to offer. If you would like to know more about Libraries Week please read on.

The interactive video box will be open on Level 2 Hallward Library from 6-14 October. Pop in and tell us all about your favourite books, who your most hated characters are, or join the discussion 'are books always better than films'?

We have selected books from some of our most popular reading lists for you to find. To take part, browse the shelves, find the book and claim a prize. In all of our libraries throughout Libraries Week.

Collected Words at Lakeside Arts 

The latest Special Collections exhibition 'Collected Words', is on at Lakeside Arts until Sunday 3 December.

A lunchtime talk for the Collected Words exhibtion 'Reading Nottingham's Unread: Publishing James Prior's Forest Folk', is on Thursday 12 October.

Manuscripts and Special Collections iBook

The Parchment and Pixels iBook produced by Manuscripts and Special Collections can be viewed online or in Hallward and George Green Libraries.
