Drug discovery and Team Science is team-driven doctoral training programme designed to develop a new generation of global thinkers who will drive science forward.

It will enable you to:

  • Shape your own research project whilst working within a supportive scientific community to exchange ideas and collaborate on cutting edge research.
  • Collaborate and create networks across a wider scientific community, including Universities and Industry.
  • Take part in training opportunities to develop and equip you with technical and transferable skills relevant to the research community, and more broadly into the wider world of work.

Team Science is a collaborative effort to address scientific challenges.

We believe that our Team Science approach will bring together individuals with varied viewpoints and backgrounds, providing a new perspective on scientific issues. Therefore, we offer opportunities to work alongside global leaders in drug discovery, including colleagues from University of Nottingham, pharmaceutical companies, small and medium-sized enterprises and learned societies will enable student to engage in multidisciplinary research.
