Abstract:

The standard models for the description of sub diffusive transport ( proteins and lipids on cell membranes, signalling molecules in spiny dendrites, etc.) are linear fractional PDE's. The question arises as to how to extend these equations for the nonlinear case involving  particles interactions. The talk will be concerned with the structural instability of fractional subdiffusive equations and nonlinear aggregation phenomenon.
