PhD Student, Molecular Bacteriology and Immunology Group
I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc in Microbiology in 2005. I went on to work for the Health Protection Agency based at Porton Down for a number of years working on the secondary transmission of variant Creutzfeld-Jakob disease and more recently bacterial HCAI’s. I joined MBIG in September 2010 as a PhD student and I am currently working on the host-pathogen interactions in Neisseria meningitidis infections.
