I graduated from King Saud University with a BSc in Pharmaceutical Science in 2004. I worked as an emergency and outpatient hospital pharmacist in the King Abdulaziz Medical city for two years. In 2006, I started working as a demonstrator and teaching assistant in the Department of Pharmaceutical Microbiology and offered a Scholarship from the King Saud University. I was awarded a MSc degree in Clinical Microbiology (2008) from the University of Nottingham. As of October, 2008, I joined MBIG as PhD student. My project is focused on studying receptor-ligand interaction in Neisseria meningitidis infection.
