The E-Library Gateway

Many electronic resources are available through the E-Library Gateway. Most require membership of the University, though it is also possible to access the gateway as a guest and use a limited number of free resources.

 

On-Line Skills Units

To assist researchers to use its resources, Manuscripts and Special Collections has produced a series of on-line Skills units.

These are divided into 'Historical Skills' which give advice relating to using and understanding old records, and 'Document Skills' which provide explanations and examples of particular kinds of records.
