How are MSc courses evaluated?
The quality and standards of teaching and learning are monitored by student evaluation of teaching (SET), student evaluation of module (SEM), student evaluation of the course (SEC), and appropriate assessments that are designed to assess the learning outcomes of each student. Courses are monitored externally and internally to ensure the effective management of quality and standards. Students are asked to elect two members of the cohort to act as students' representatives of each course. Both reps are invited to course management meetings, School post-graduate committee meetings and Faculty post-graduate committee meetings.
