MSc students are highly valued within the School, and all teaching is carried out in a dedicated facility within the University hospital which contains the administration office, 3 seminar rooms, 2 tutorial rooms and a teaching lab. Each MSc has a dedicated area on the University intranet, which is used to distrubute information from staff to students.

The course is supported by an online database that is distributed through the University Portal system. The course database allows both students and members of staff a ‘one-stop shop' for easy and rapid access to all aspects of the course infrastructure including a course timetable as well as an easy link to useful resources and downloads. Students gain access to examination results and, importantly, students can drill down to individual question or assignment results and feedback.

The Greenfield Medical Library houses a broadly based collection of biomedical, nursing and healthcare related books and periodicals and holds current subscriptions to 780 journals, reports and series titles. In addition to the print versions housed in the library, the majority of journals can be accessed electronically.

Within the University, the Graduate School and Postgraduate Students' Association organise many events throughout the year, all aimed to make your stay in Nottingham as enjoyable as possible.
