LEVEL 1 SUPPORT:
Major equipment used will be professionally maintained under contract.
Staff expertise will be 'backed up'; i.e. a minimum of one extra person
will be available to cover for operations.
Standard Operating Procedures will be defined and followed when appropriate
and/or requested.
The Business Centre is willing to sign confidentiality agreements where
required, however all data will, in any case, be treated in the strictest
confidence. It will also be securely stored and multiple copies kept as
backup.
