# most samples can be run with 1mm solution columns, enabling equilibrium to be attained in < 1 day. If longer column lengths are needed for high precision analysis or for high solute mass (>500kD), or if multiple rotor speeds and/or temperatures are needed, then a longer experiment is required. Consult NCMH staff for advice.

viscosity measurement, 2 partial specific volume determinations, 1 volume-temperature
dispersion experiment, multiple measurements. The user must provide accurate
concentrations or times will be extended.
