Professor Kenner is a Chair of European Law and a member of the Human Rights Law Centre (HRLC)
His main area of expertise is in the field of European Union Employment law, both internal and external.
He is a legal expert for the EU Fundamental Rights Agency and has advised the European Commission.
Professor Kenner is co-editor of a major new book, The EU Charter of Fundamental Rights: A Commentary (Hart Publishing, 2014). He is author of EU Employment Law (Hart Publishing, 2003), has edited several books and authored over 50 journal articles and book chapters.
Professor Kenner is also part of The University of Nottingham’s EU/Europe Expert Group.
