The course provides a solid foundation in modern finance and investment and prepares students for a career in investment banking, financial management, or further postgraduate study in a related subject.

The one-year, full time course is designed for students who have studied a quantitative subject or management, business studies or economics at undergraduate level.

In 2013, the Financial Times ranked the course as one of the top Masters in Finance programmes in the UK.
