Terms and Conditions for Hospitality Bookings
- We would appreciate a minimum of 48 hours' notice (Monday – Friday) to enable us to arrange the resources necessary to meet your requirement
- Please ensure we have access to the room from 30 minutes prior to delivery time (room is open or key readily obtainable) – should the room not be available for delivery the order will be left outside the room
- Please ensure a table or suitable surface is available for your requirements
- Please ensure access is available for us to clear for a period of up to 3 hours after the delivery time (unless a specific collection time and place has been previously agreed) – should the room not be available to clear within the designated or agreed time a charge of £20.00 will be made for a second visit to clear
- A minimum charge of £15.00 will be incurred for any order
- The following charges will be made for equipment which is not returned:
- Crockery – £1.50 per piece
- Flasks/Tea Boxes – £20.00 per item
- We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations, if you fail to notify us in time the following charges may apply:
- 50% of the total order value for cancellations made on the day prior to your event
- 100% of the total order value for cancellations made on the day of your event
