The area
Based in the heart of Beeston, a 20 minute stroll away from University Park Campus. Beeston is a small town that’s big on amenities, with numerous shops, pubs, restaurants and sports facilities – there’s even a large supermarket opposite Albion House. Bus and railway stations are close by so it’s easy to get about.
The site
Albion House is home to a small but lively community of 168 students. It’s made up of blocks of flats for seven students. There are communal site facilities for you to use including bike storage, security, laundry facilities, parking, and you also have access to the site facilities at Broadgate Park (which is only a 10 minute walk away).

Accommodation fee includes heating, electricity and water bills, Residents' Association committee membership, Warden and Tutors support, personal contents insurance and SNS network access. There’s a phone (handset included) and data point providing direct access to the University’s network.

Cooking
You need to do your own cooking. There’s a fully fitted kitchen/diner in your flat. The nearest place to buy food is the large supermarket, Sainsbury’s opposite the site. You’ll also find other food stores in the centre of Beeston, only a 5 minute walk away.
Cleaning
Communal areas will be cleaned for you each week, but you’ll need to clean your room and do your laundry.
Extra things to bring
You’ll need to provide your own bedding, towels and kitchenware.
