Student Rooms during vacation periods
To book a student room during vacation time please contact our Conference Office sales team on +44 (0)115 846 8000 or email conferences@nottingham.ac.uk A Single standard room will cost £22.50 per night (plus VAT), en-suite £37.50 per night (plus VAT). Please note there is an additional supplement for breakfast.
Student Rooms during Term Time
These rooms are located in a student environment and are therefore offered at a lower price than guest rooms, there is also a discounted rate for longer-term stays. Rates are as follows on a room only basis:
1 to 6 days booking En-suite £26.50 per person per night Standard £21.50 per night
7 days and over booking En-suite £19.50 per person per night Standard £16.50 per person per night
Full Term - charges range from £11.77 to £17.57 per night dependant upon room type
Please note: If booking requests run into vacation periods, these rooms may not be available. Where possible, alternatives will be suggested. Please check the term dates opposite.
Guest Rooms at Cripps Hall Annexe (28 days maximum)
There are a number of room types to choose from at the following rates on a bed and breakfast basis:
Standard Single £29.50 per night.
Standard Double £50.00 per night.
En-suite Double £57.00 per night.
Standard twin £50.00 per night.
To enquire about availability of either a standard student room (term time only) or a guest room please complete the Booking Request form and email as an attachment to visitor-accommodation@nottingham.ac.uk - requests are dealt with by email only.
Guest Rooms/Flats within Halls
Room types are available at the following locations. Please note that bookings for flats should be for a minimum of five nights. For a period longer than one month you will be required to sign a contract and the rate will reduce to a monthly discounted figure.

There is a wide choice of off-campus accommodation available in Nottingham, located close to both the city centre and the University’s campuses.
