To provide an administrative service to students and staff encompassing:

  • Finance - authorising students travel claim forms for payment, inform Payroll of students bursary suspensions/terminations and process invoices
  • Personnel - maintain and update students current and archived files and input staff details onto ARC Personnel database
  • Purchasing - order and administer supplies and equipment for the School, reporting maintenance repairs to relevant agencies, arrange transport for students to educational establishments.
