Biography

Holly graduated in 1996 with a first class degree in psychology from the University of Nottingham. She then completed a Phd in stroke rehabilitation and became a Chartered Health Psychologist in 2001, and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society in 2011. She has worked as an applied psychology researcher for many years in Psychology, Child Health, Stroke Medicine, Physiotherapy, Public Health and Epidemiology, Rehabilitation and Ageing and Nursing. She is currently a Lecturer in Behavioural Sciences at the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Physiotherapy and holds an honorary contract with Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust in the Centre for Sports Medicine as 'NUH-Health and Wellbeing' Research and Evaluation Manager.
