Variety of posts held in this country and abroad, gaining valuable clinical practice experience and opportunities to develop and consolidate effective leadership and innovation skills. Current post focuses on leading the strategic development and delivery of Adult Critical Care education in pre and post registration nursing programmes delivered across the Division, facilitating effective communication and proactive development of innovative educational programmes to meet the needs of contemporary practice.
Substantial clinical practice experience within the field of Adult Acute and Critical Care; expertise in clinical practice development and highly committed facilitator of adult learning within pre and post registration nursing arenas. Skilled at utilising established leadership abilities to motivate and enthuse others to achieve the highest standards of education; effective at supporting colleagues and students.
