What is it?

Widening participation aims to broaden the range of students who attend university so that they are representative of the home population.

We work with local schools and colleges offering a variety of activities, at both primary and secondary level, which aim to raise aspirations, and support prgression to university. We also offer sessions for Access to HE and vocational learners

We also run a range of programmes which support individual students including Pathways to Law, Pathways to STEM, Ambition Nottingham and four week-long summer schools. Links to all of these can be found on the left hand navigation menu.
