The NICE sepsis bundle guidelines (2016) were produced in response to the difficulties in recognising and treating sepsis. There are a number of immediate actions that need to occur to provide your patient with the best possible treatment when a person has sepsis.

The guidelines aim to standardise the approach to recognising and then ensuring appropriate treatment utilising the best available evidence.

NICE guidelines
