Dear all,

I am presently new in this list so please do apologise if this =
subject has already been discussed on the list.
I am actually working trying to do some ICC of E and P receptors in =
the ovaries.
As far as you are aware, does it exist differences concerning the ICC =
results following the kind of fixative used?
What fixative would you recommend? and for how long?
Do you think there are differences between ICC results obtained for =
these receptors on frozen section and paraffin embedded tissues?.

What would be your advices to get the best quality results? If you =
give a look to publications all seems so easy but in fact large =
variations are in practice obtained, repetability appear to be far =
from constant. Do you agree with this?

I thnak you very much in beforehand for all help you can provide us. =
Please answer directly to me, I will summarise the different comments =
for the group.

Best regards,

John
