I have seen references to "growth factor reduced" Matrigel.
Presumably this has lower FGF or IGF concentrations. Anything
else?
Does anyone have any experience of using this for the culture of
theca or granulosa cells?
How do cellular responses compare with those from cells on
ordinary Matrigel?
