The U of Michigan has an extensive Macintosh software archive. Hahnemann has a good Index to the U Michigan Mac FTP archive. The Nexcor Catalog of the U Mich Software Archive can be browsed through hirerachical menus or searched by keywords, offers multiple sources for each program at mirror sites, and links to other Macintosh software archives.

NORD The Stepstone Corporation sells an Objective-C compiler that runs on a variety of platforms. The Objective-C compiler is a pre-processor that generates C code. The default is ANSI C with support for the latest extensions. C code is compatible and simply passes through the preprocessor enabling you to build on your investment in existing C code. The native C compiler is automatically invoked.
