The School of Law is a world-leading centre for research with an international reputation.

Members of staff work with leading firms in London and the regions, private industry and consultancies, and governmental institutions and non-governmental organisations across the UK and wider world.

With a full-time academic staff of more than 50 and a total student population of about 1,000, the School of Law is a dynamic place of research, teaching and learning. Many of our academic staff have international reputations in their fields, and all are active researchers and teachers.

We have well-established research centres which examine human rights, treaty law, criminal justice, international law and security, and public procurement law.
