Postgraduate research seminars

The postgraduate research seminar meets weekly. Usually, a postgraduate student presents a paper, although occasionally external speakers or members of staff present. The seminars are informal and the aim is to promote discussion of research as well as to give students experience at presenting. All postgraduate students are encouraged to attend and to volunteer to present. (Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided!)

The postgraduate research seminars are held on Wednesdays at 1pm in the Humanities building, room A21 (unless otherwise stated). During the Spring term 2011-12, room bookings will vary more then normal so please consult the timetable below. As always, all postgraduates and staff are encouraged to attend. If you want to give a paper, or want any further information about the seminars, please contact David Ingram.
