FAQs
Why study at postgraduate level?
Undertaking postgraduate level study in Politics allows students to really narrow their focus onto areas of political science that they are particularly interested in. Postgraduate level programmes also allow students to further develop other highly transferable skills, such as critical analysis, time management, effective communication, research management and design, and IT skills.
Embarking on a research degree gives students the challenge of producing a piece of original research, or presenting a new insight into existing research. Our research degrees require students to take research training modules in specific areas to develop their research skills.
