PhD Thesis Title: Determining the Risk of Legal Challenge of Incorporating Sustainable Public Procurement in Public Contracts

steven-brunning-1230

Steven Brunning

Steven is researching the use of the multi-supplier framework model in the UK.   His empirical research project explores how the public procurement rules are interpreted, applied and supplemented by contracting authorities in the context of the UK framework agreement market.  It investigates what discrepancies exist between the black letter law and its application in practice and the perceived positive and negative aspects of the current regulatory regime including what strategies are adopted to resolve any issues arising.
