LLM Modules in Public Procurement

It is possible to study Public Procurement Law as part of the LL.M. in International Commercial Law degree and also the LL.M. in International Law degree. Students under these programme study 8 half module options (or equivalent, e.g. 4 full options) and then complete a dissertation.

Students can take 2 half modules devoted to Public Procurement (Public Procurement Law and Public Procurement in EC and International Trade Law) and can also write their dissertation on this subject. For the other 6 half modules they can choose from a wide range of modules many of which are related to Public Procurement.
