Notice of Internet issues affecting CHART Online uploads and website certificates 31st March 2017
Dear Hub member,PRIMIS is currently experiencing issues with security certificates allocated to our servers. We are working with colleagues from The University of Nottingham’s Information Services to resolve this, however it is a complex situation which cannot be solved as quickly as we had hoped.The PRIMIS website and Hub are still available, but users may be presented a notice stating that the site ‘may be unsecure’. While we resolve this issue, you can still proceed (the site is secure it just does not verify this at the moment), clicking to accept and trust the certificate.The upload of data to CHART Online is also currently affected. Please contact the Helpdesk if you are experiencing difficulties (0115 846 6424 or helpdesk@primis.nottingham.ac.uk).Please accept our sincere apologies at this time for these issues and any inconvenience this may have caused.
