I don't know what SciQuest is, can you tell me about it?
SciQuest is the University's e-procurement system; it allows you to order products from a number of centrally managed contracts from within one system. The order is then automatically sent to the supplier. SciQuest has been rolled out to all Schools and Departments.

I order something regularly and it's not on SciQuest, who can help?
If you have an on-going requirement for a particular product, email email@example.com with details about the item and which supplier you currently use. This will then be reviewed to see if it a suitable item to be loaded onto the system.
I’ve build up a cart over time with multiple suppliers and payment methods, do I have to split the order before sending to suppliers?
The system will automatically separates out the orders for each supplier.
What is a punch-out catalogue?
A punch-out catalogue enables you to select items for purchase within SciQuest directly from a supplier's web site. You can browse their website, select the required items and return them within your basket back into SciQuest where the order will be raised as normal.
How do I order from a punch-out catalogue?
To order from a punch-out catalogue;-
1) On the right-hand side of the home screen are logo's of the punch-out enabled suppliers, simple click on a logo to enter their website
2) Search for an item in SciQuest and then click the ‘Order From Supplier’ link
3) Select the item from the suppliers website and add to basket
4) Then click on place order / return to SciQuest
5)Process the requisition as normal in SciQuest
