Biography

I joined the University of Nottingham in September 2017 after MRC Career Development and Marie Curie Fellowships at the Department of Experimental Psychology, University of Oxford. I received my PhD from Aalto University, Finland.

Current Research

I am interested in how our brains enable us to communicate with each other. I am especially interesting in multisensory and sensorimotor mechanisms underlying speech communication. I use brain imaging (EEG, MEG, fMRI) and brain stimulation (TMS and tDCS) methods to investigate neural mechanisms of speech communication.
