The University of Nottingham’s Graduate Trainee Programme has been successfully running since 2008. Each year University of Nottingham graduates are employed to work across the University on a rotational basis. There are high expectations of the trainees to deliver on challenging and strategic projects. By the end of the programme top performers will be well-equipped to gain longer term employment with the University.
