Many Congratulations go to Matt Brook, Dan Wilkinson, Kyle Mitchell, Jon Lund, Beth Phillips, Nate Szewczyk, Heikki Kainulainen, Sanna Lensu, Lauren Koch, Steve Britton, Paul Greenhaff, Ken Smith and Phil Atherton, members of the Clinical, Metabolic and Molecular Physiology Group for their publication in The American Journal of Physiology entitled “A novel D2O tracer method to quantify RNA turnover as a biomarker of de novo ribosomal biogenesis, in vitro, in animal models, and in human skeletal muscle”. The publication was singled out for its ‘distinction in scholarship’ by the American Physiological Society and included in its APSselect collection https://apsselect.physiology.org/.
