Title: An Evaluation of the Effectiveness of a Dementia Support Network

Abstract: A partnership of organisations and individuals from one rural county, formed a partnership in order to develop a joint strategy for dementia. One phase of the strategy was the creation of a Dementia Support Network. The IMH Evaluation and Research Support Team were commissioned to evaluate the first wave of this network and Fiona will present a summary of this evaluation.
