The MRL in "The Science of Blade Runner" Event

Description
On Wednesday the 18th of October, Professor Steve Benford and PhD Candidate Martin Porcheron talked in a special Blade Runner-themed event organised by STEM Outreach Nottingham, the team behind the brilliant Pint of Science festival.

The Pedal Effect

Description
Saturday the 14th of October will the see the Oxjam Beeston Takeover in full swing. During the day you might run into Dr Alan Chamberlain and Prof Steve Benford of the Mixed Reality Lab. They're going to be around interviewing people in order to understand more about the 'distorted', 'fuzzy', 'compressed' world of effects pedals. So whether you're a fan of the 'Wah-Wah', a lover of loopers, or tend to use a 'Tube Screamer' get in touch.

The MRL Goes to Ubicomp 2017
